Is it a championship?

Yes — the tournament is also the Danish National Amateur Championship (AM DM). Champions are crowned in MA1, FA1, MA40, FA40, MA50, FA50, MA60, FA60, MJ18 and FJ18. To win the championship you must be a member of a Danish disc golf club under DFSU. If you are not a member you can still play the division and may win it — the champion is the highest-placed participant who is qualified for the championship.

What does it cost, and how do I pay?

The participation fee is DKK 550, paid via PayPal (you can pay by Visa/Dankort without a PayPal account). Register before April 1 to get DKK 100 off (Early Bird). Note that the DiscGolfScene fee and PayPal fee are added on top.

What is the withdrawal and refund policy?

We follow the standard PDGA refund policy (PDGA Competition Manual 1.03), and a handling fee applies on withdrawal. Withdrawals before July 19 are refunded 100 % (minus the handling fee). All withdrawals must be made by contacting the tournament director directly: Birger Juhl Nielsen — birgerjuhl@yahoo.dk — +45 27 399 397.

Where do I follow results?

Live results for the main event run on PDGA Live. See the ‘Follow live’ page for a countdown and links.

Can I camp or stay nearby?

You can camp at the tournament centre, The Valley, which opens as early as Tuesday 11 August — so you can practise on the courses before the tournament, hang out with family and friends and join the early side events. If you prefer solid walls, Hotel Falken in Videbæk is about 7 km away, and you can also rent a holiday home or stay through our sponsor Esmark.
